So happy to have a quality mechanic in the neighborhood.Gave Moaven a visit after consistently underwhelming experiences with other options in town. What a breath of fresh air this place is. Straight shooters and from what I can tell they’re currently on the low end of prices for work.Brought my car in after another shop told us we needed to spend $600 for rear brakes and rotors. Moaven said they’d do it for less than $400, but when I got there they measured the pads and said the work wasn’t necessary for another 10-20k miles! They also said they can do sealed transmission fluid changes, which I’ve had trouble finding.I was going to sell my Ford once the warranty ran out but with these guys around the corner I might just keep it.

My husband and I went in on Saturday and walked out with a car! Ed even stayed late for us to make sure we drove home in our new car. The shop was impressive and other staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The whole experience was easy and enjoyable.

Absolutely the best local shop. Great staff, amazing service. The best compliment I can give is their trustworthiness. Walked us into a better deal selling our vehicle so we could buy this Nissan Rogue from them. They could have easily just gave us price, but took the time to find a better one for us.

We cannot thank Mr. Scarborough, Mr. Ken, and the team at Moaven Motors enough for their incredible kindness. While my family and I were traveling to Durham for my daughter’s National Honor Society Induction Ceremony, my truck started experiencing major mechanical issues. To make matters worse, the service department was already closed, and we were stranded with no way to get it fixed in time.Seeing our situation, Mr. Scarborough and Mr. Ken went completely above and beyond. They didn't just offer sympathy; they allowed me to borrow a vehicle so we wouldn't miss our daughter’s special ceremony.It is rare to find a dealership that treats you like family, especially in an emergency. They turned a stressful situation into a moment of relief. Also, Nate in the service department fixed the issue, in addition to completing other necessary services. He contacted me and provided appropriate feedback on the issue. If you want to do business with people who have true integrity and heart, this is the place to go. Thank you for helping us make it to such an important milestone!

Ken is the absolute best! He goes over and beyond for exactly what you are looking for and whatever your budget is. He truly cares about what's best for you personally. Someone you can truly trust. He's not pushy but a great listener and actually wants to help. His cars are the best quality and luxury for your specific taste. His experience and love for cars are exceptional! He also was GM for your big time car dealer ships Lexus etc. so again the quality is there and beyond. Also does full service and detailing. And will be renting cars soon! Ed Scarborough, the sales manager, answered our call late on a Saturday which we didn't expect. We went over the questions we had about the Mercedes wagon and he even sent additional pictures of the car upon our request. We drove up the next week from SC to pick up the car and the process could not have been easier. Everything was just as advertised and we are extremely satisfied. Thank you for our new to us, Mercedes wagon, we're looking forward to showing it off to our friends and family!
